Welcome! I’m Lindsay, a qualified Physiotherapist with a passion for movement rehabilitation. I offer a functional approach to rehabilitation with hands on treatment where needed to provide high quality rehabilitation. My aim is to reduce your pain, find freedom in your movement and help you return to those activities that you love. My goal is to create a positive, personalised experience for my clients within a relaxing and holistic environment conducive to movement and recovery.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is about helping people understand the biomechanics of their body, and focus on where needed to enable an optimal recovery process, maximise efficiency of movement and the prevention of future injuries.

Therapeutic Pilates
Therapeutic Pilates emphasises the clinical application of Pilates’ original exercises, supported by evidence-based research, and is ideal for those suffering from both acute injuries and ongoing chronic pain. This whole body approach prevents unnecessary de-conditioning and further injury.

Therapeutic Yoga
A therapeutic yoga session will apply an hollistic approach using the tools of yoga – posture, movement, breath work, presence, feeling, and body sensing – to address your unique physical, mental, and emotional needs while supporting you to become an active participant in your own healing process.

Workshops
Various educational workshops available that can be delivered onsite in office space, yoga/pilates studios, within gym spaces or online.

PINC Programme
The PINC Cancer Rehabilitation Program is dedicated to improving the strength, quality of life and sense of wellbeing of women diagnosed with cancer.
It is specifically designed to help maximise recover, regain physical and emotional strength, improve body confidence and control.
