I have been going to Arc Physio to Lindsay for about 6 weeks following safety trauma from a car accident - hit by a drunk driver. Lindsay has been a great help in my rehab, providing professional, caring and practical interventions. I felt confident that she knew exactly what I required, and that has proven the case. I feel certain her interventions have helped my recovery tremendously and I am very appreciative. I recommend her.

Lindsay has helped me immensely with my back recovery. I had tried many different physios, trainers and back specialists (including xrays and MRI), but finally started to improve and understand my injury with Lindsay. She was able to tailor the exercises and approaches she used for me to suit exactly how I was feeling that day or towards an activity I was wanting to work towards. I always feel completely safe and in good hands (I was very apprehensive and scared of re injuring myself initially) and I now have so much more confidence and knowledge about what I can do as my back impoves. Cannot reccomend enough!
