Hi, I’m Lindsay, a qualified Physiotherapist with a passion for movement rehabilitation. I offer a functional approach to rehabilitation with hands on treatment where needed to provide high quality rehabilitation, to help you reduce your pain, find freedom in your movement and help you return to the activity that you love.
Physiotherapy is about helping people to understand the biomechanics of their body, and focus where needed to enable an optimal recovery process, maximum efficiency of movement and prevention of future injuries.
Therapeutic Pilates involves an assessment of the whole body, including posture and movement patterns to find the specific cause of symptoms. My aim is to educate each client about their own body, and give them the tools to self-manage and prevent re-injury.
